Park on the Ilm

The Fotothek archives images from the collections of the Duchess Anna Amalia Library, the Goethe and Schiller Archive and the museums of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. It currently encompasses approximately 200,000 documents.

The Fotothek handles enquiries regarding photo orders and publication authorisation. The study centre in the Duchess Anna Amalia Library provides workplaces for research among the originals. On this page, the Fotothek also offers the opportunity to place orders directly from the computer. You will find the PDF forms »Photo order form« and »Application for Authorisation of Publication« under Downloas.

We can only accept applications for publication by post or fax, as they must be signed. Photo orders can also be sent digitally. Please also take note of our terms and conditions and fee scale.

Please contact the Goethe and Schiller Archive to order copies of archived items.
