Ulla and Eberhard Jung Foundation

The benefactors Ulla Jung and Eberhard Jung invested their personal assets to form a non-independent trust to be managed and maintained by the Klassik Stiftung Weimar for the purpose of promoting the fine arts. The grants awarded by the Klassik Stiftung Weimar are intended to finance prizes, exhibitions and events, and provide scholarships particularly to students and graduates of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.

Purpose of the Foundation

The purpose of the non-independent Ulla and Eberhard Jung Foundation is to promote the fine arts. The funding provided by the Foundation is chiefly used to finance exhibitions and events, offer prizes, hold competitions and grant scholarships. The Ulla and Eberhard Jung Foundation exclusively and directly pursues non-profit purposes in accordance with the "Tax Concessions" section of the German Tax Code.
