The Summer Academy Cicerone 2024 took place from August 3rd until August 17th.
The Studium Generale CICERONE is the annual summer academy of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. Upper school students with an interest in literature and history are invited. We deal with ideas and people from the Weimar Classic to the pioneers of modernity. The focus is on cultural-historical connections and their after-effects up to the present day. We work project-oriented and explore Weimar and the region in exchange with peers from Germany and Europe.
The focus of the Cicerone Summer Academy 2024 was the question of gender and family images around 1800.
