The new Goethe exhibition

For the first time ever, the Klassik Stiftung Weimar presents Goethe’s extensive natural scientific collection. Visitors can look forward to a thrilling thematic presentation with innovative media stations which revisit the debates of the burgeoning natural sciences around 1800 and highlight their connection to contemporary issues.

Does “Faust” mean anything to us today? The central exhibition of the 2025 Theme Year, presented at the Schiller Museum, primarily revolves around this key question.

Das Bild zeigt eine virtuelle Szene in einem Raum mit blauen Wänden und einem Holzboden. Mehrere Avatare, die VR-Headsets tragen, stehen in der Mitte des Raumes.
