Goethe.Kultur.Lauf 2025

A unique running event in Weimar

On 27 April 2025, the Goethe.Kultur.Lauf will take place in honour of the 250th anniversary of Goethe's arrival in Weimar. SCC EVENTS is organising the Goethe.Kultur.Lauf 2025 in Weimar, based on the success of the 100 Years of Bauhaus Marathon in 2019.

The marathon concept combines sport and culture in a unique way. As in 2019, cultural breaks are planned again, during which the running time will be interrupted at cultural stations in the museums and houses of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. The first route inspections and measures have already taken place, so preparations are in full swing.
Look forward to a unique event that combines sport and culture in a special way!

Start and finish

All routes of the Goethe.Kultur.Lauf start south of Weimar City Palace next to the Bastille. The finish is at the Platz der Demokratie.
