Climate change in historical gardens

special exhibition

The exhibition in the north wing of the Orangery Belvedere shows examples of the measures taken by palace and garden administrations to counter the effects of climate change. Solutions for the preservation of the tree population, projects of cultural environmental education, as well as measures for the protection and preservation of the historical paths are presented. A panel exhibition by European Heritage Volunteers shows more information about international projects in UNESCO World Heritage sites that are suffering from the consequences of climate change.
